Another new client today needed a bit of color correcting.

A challenge of reweaving, color lift and deposit. 

She was in tip top shape soon after!

She said she was originally looking for suddel but stand out style. I said, I'll give you a dark bright red. We both just like to use opposite words lol

Bringing back the shine!

Bringing a clients hair back to life is really an excitement all on its own! Excited for a great friends sister to pay me a visit today for the first time. Today I had her in the chair for a new Haircut style Hydrating Treatment and a whole new color! She's ecstatic to have her hair back to life! She'll be traveling back to NewYork for school. Her next visit is in summer time!

Even when there's a need to keep a long hair styled cleaned up!

We have a solution for you.
Ask for maybe a trim so you don't lose the length of the hair.

Then customize your look with defining just the hair line and possibly tapering the back neck line.

Finish by keeping the wave in the hair or slicking your hair back with MODE Gel.

On Stage Demo

This haircut style was one of my favorite I did on stage all weekend. 

For many reasons. 

I fought through exhaustion during the stage demo. I started to embrace a style Vidal Sassoon implemented years ago. I enjoyed the story of my model and I was able to enjoy the experience educating on this haircut.

 Thank you to ALL the show attendees that showed us at JohnnyB so much love and support! I had such a great experience once again in Chicago.

My Inspiration

Our Johnny B Hair Care booth was across the booth of this Legend I'm standing next to.

Though out the weekend of the ABS Chicago Hair Show he made a few appearances on stage at his booth.
Dropping so much knowledge and excitement for our industry. I couldn't help but to glance at what he was doing.

There was one time I had a crowd in front of the Johnny B Booth while he was educating. I felt like I should just get off stage so I'm not taking up valuable opportunity for everyone. But I couldn't, I realized I was experiencing my own opportunity to provide education.

This great stylist talked to myself and Johnny Snipps, who I shared the stage with this weekend. He told us, he saw us working the stage and complemented how great of a job we were doing. He then went on to say we are the next generation for this industry.

Michael O'Rourke is an inspiration to many. Creator of a chain of Salons and now a creator of two well known product lines.
This man has done it all and stays so humble and dedicated to his craft.

It was a highlight to my weekend for him to stop by our booth.

Still in progress, we've started to remodel a space we have available in the shop.
In the making... A processing area and makeup styling station

This weekend we started to utilize the back room for processing hair treatments and color.
As much time we enjoy spending with our clients when they visit us. We have to realize they shouldn't spend too much time in the salon!

Easy steps to Maintain healthier hair!! Ladies I need your attention! 

My personal clients already know I'm all about education on their specific hair types. 

If you are concerned because you feel your hair is too dry for your styles.

We have quality products at affordable pricing.

Take note and try to do your best!

1. Regular visits 6-8 weeks for trims to cut off dry split ends

2. Get yourself a Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner

3. Are you using a heat protector? Before styling

4. Use a blow dry lotion to hydrate your hair before styles

5. Ask your stylist for Hair Treatments when you schedule your visits

6. Lastly, get an oil you can use for at home treatments. Adding nutrients to the ends and shaft of your hair to keep your hair strong

I was invited to an exclusive launch held in Hollywood.
A day after the hair show convention but regardless of sleep! I was excited to hear about this great brand.
I'm going to try it out. As of right now I enjoy Color Edge Hair Care.
