Not just a client telling them "I'll be in around..."
Clients shouldn't wait no more than 15 minutes after the set appointment to be serviced.
If the stylist can't take them, Client should be referred to another Stylist in the shop that can perform the same job.
All Stylists have to appreciate our clients time.
