If You & Your Stylist Agree on an a set Appointment.
Not just a client telling them "I'll be in around..."
Clients shouldn't wait no more than 15 minutes after the set appointment to be serviced.

If the stylist can't take them, Client should be referred to another Stylist in the shop that can perform the same job.
All Stylists have to appreciate our clients time.

BRAZILIAN KERATIN TREATMENT

Treatment is temperary. Does wear off over time.
Service allows hair to remain straight for up to 12 weeks. Allows Hair to Revert Back to its Original State.
After treatment is applied, Hair is dried then flat ironed. This causes the Keratin Protiens to create a protective coating to the hair. Reason why Hair stays straight for so long

Joe just wanted to get touched up with designs... However I ended up re-shaping and shear cutting the majority of the cut... bringing out more of a fresh style with added designs.. eh! Why not!!

Bre wanted a fresh design to do with the edgy look she had going already...

A Day in San Jose / Johnny B Stylist

Was booked to work a small show in San Jose by the Distributor out here.
I wasn't trying to expect anything but doing my best to represent our image of Johnny B.
After being a Rep and selling product for the first hour, I jumped on stage and pulled models in my chair and did haircut styles and designs.
We were able to get access to one of the Showroom Class rooms.
So we took Full Advantage!

I had an hour to break down a haircut technique and more important promote Johnny B Product knowledge.
In deed I did!
By the time the class was over the class was filled. The audience clapped and majority of them went to our Booth on the show floor.
It was great to be well received...
